A: No, Rock Royalty is completely independent from the major guitar manufactures and makes no claim of association or implied partnership.

 

 

Q: Will Rock Royalty sign confidentiality documentation?

A: Gladly. Our clients are treated as family. We are more than happy to protect their confidentiality.

 

 

Q: I love your product but don't have the resources to purchase a complete guitar. Can you sell individual knobs, tuners or switchers?

A: Absolutely. Rock Royalty is a complete custom experience. Many guitar aficionados have a special guitar and request an individual component such as one volume knob. Please contact us directly for pricing and availability.

 

 

Q: The current collection is unique but doesn't perfectly fit my taste. Can you design something with my personal guitar and my personal vision for the perfect custom?

A: Yes. Rock Royalty was created to help collectors visualize and execute their wildest dream guitar. Our design facility allows for 3D rendering and a total custom experience with gemstones, exotic wraps and accessories. If you can dream it, we can execute it!

 

 

Q: How do I start the custom design process?

A: Once a customer has decided to begin the design process, we require a deposit that will be credited towards the project for all teleconferences. If a client wishes to fly to Nashville, we will not require an upfront design fee.

 

 

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: All custom projects require a non-refundable 50% down payment. Gemstones and materials cannot be returned if the project is canceled.

 

 

Q: If I see a guitar on the website, is it in stock?

A: Yes. If a guitar is listed in our inventory, it's on the website.

 

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Direct wire transfer or certified check.

 

 

Q: David is really cute, will he model for me?

A: We are surprised at the number of requests we get for David's services. In short, yes, David will pose in a variety of bikini looks against many varying backgrounds (e.g. bear skin rugs,etc.). He's cute like that!
